Hacienda de Molinero, Inc. and all employees& owners are to beheld harmless on all accounts for injury, sickness or death of horses while being boarded, bred, foaling, trained, shown, transported, exercised or ridden. Hacienda de Molinero reserves the right to call a veterinarian when horses health is in question. ( Owners will be notified as soon as possible.) Owners of horses will be responsible for all additional costs in caring for horses. Ferrier, Veterinarian service, transporting, damage, supplements or special diet feed as well as miscellaneous costs not expressed. Hacienda de Molinero also has the right to ask to have horse removed for any reason within 48 hours. If owners of horse is removed without two weeks notice, Hacienda de Molinero reserves the right not to refund boarding costs. If bills are unpaid in full for six months, ownership of horses will go to Hacienda de Molinero and horses sold to pay for unpaid balances.
Boarding & Training Options
All Boarding and Training Fees must be pre-paid by the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied if received after the 10th.
Choose which options apply. Horses with special care will be charged $50.00 extra each month.
