Horse Owner's Agreement
|
||||
1. I understand that Hacienda de Molinero, Inc. and all employees are to be held harmless on all accounts for injury, sickness, or death of my horse while being boarded, bred,foaling, trained, shown, transported, exercised or ridden.

2. If the veterinarian can not be reached, I consent to treatment by the stable manager or the stable trainer. If a veterinarian can be reached I will grant permission to Hacienda de Molinero to speak on my behalf to the treatment of my horse. I understand that all farm & vet charges will my responsibility. Owners will be notified of all vet calls pier to vet visit unless it is in case of an emergency.

3. I understand that the costs of Shoeing, Veterinarian services, Transporting, Damage caused by my horse, Supplements, Special diet feed, as well as miscellaneous costs and expenses are also my responsibility.

4. This horse, to the best of my knowledge, has not been exposed to any contagious or infectious disease for two weeks prior to boarding.

5. I understand that Hacienda de Molinero has the right to ask me to remove my horse for any reason. I must do this within 48 hours of a verbal or written notice.

6. I understand that unless two weeks notice is given prior to me removing my horse that a refund will not be given, unless a special agreement is reached by Hacienda de Molinero, Inc.

Boarding & Training Options
All Boarding and Training Fees must be pre-paid by the 1st of each month. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied if received after the 10th.
Choose which options apply. Horses with special grain or care will be charged $50.00 extra each month.
